Refund Policy

At DigiKey Centro, we strive to deliver high-quality digital marketing, branding, and website development services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted.

1. General Policy

Due to the nature of digital services, most payments made to DigiKey Centro are non-refundable once work has commenced.

2. Project-Based Services

For website development, branding, or one-time projects:

  • Initial deposits are non-refundable.
  • If cancellation occurs before project initiation, partial refunds may be considered.
  • No refunds will be issued once design, development, or execution work has started.

3. Digital Marketing Services

For services such as SEO, Social Media Marketing, and Paid Ads:

  • Monthly retainers are non-refundable once the campaign period has begun.
  • Ad spend paid directly to advertising platforms (Google, Meta, etc.) is non-refundable.
  • Cancellation requires written notice before the next billing cycle.

4. Subscription Services

For ongoing subscription-based services, clients must notify us at least 7 days before the next billing date to avoid charges for the following month.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered under exceptional circumstances, including:

  • Duplicate payments
  • Billing errors
  • Service not delivered as agreed (subject to internal review)

6. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days and issued using the original payment method whenever possible.

7. Dispute Resolution

In case of any disputes regarding services or payments, we encourage clients to contact us directly to resolve the issue amicably before initiating external disputes.
